I don't really know what to suggest for your girlfriend. It all depends on what she likes. Small or Large, Black and Gray or Color. I guess it is really up to her. I like the thought of an inner thigh tat though.

Thanks for all the nice comments. I would like to add a background to the dolphin and I too would like to get my other breast done to balance things out. Im also thinking of stretching my nipples up to 6 or 4 gauge, they are at 8 now. What do you all think?

To answer the question above, it took about an hour the first time, and 30 minutes for the touchup. It got kinda fucked up the first time so I went to another artist and he made it what you see today. As for the pain, its really not that bad at all.
